Kay was a well-loved wife, step-mum, auntie and nanny, who is missed by all her family and friends, including everyone at DASH, the Leonard Cheshire day centre in Camberley, Surrey.
Kay enjoyed going to DASH where she made many friends who remember her “wicked sense of humour”. Kay needed constant care following a brain haemorrhage - DASH helped keep Kay’s mind and body active, giving her the opportunity to go out on day trips, take part in quizzes, enjoy colouring and jigsaws.
So we’ve chosen to create this site as a tribute to her and to give thanks to everyone at DASH for the vital support they gave to Kay when she needed it most.
In memory of a well loved step Mum and Nanny who will be greatly missed, you can now walk with the angels. And for DASH, a place Kay always enjoyed, we thank you for all the hard work and dedication that gives so much to the disabled and their families.
Aunty Kay, I miss you so much. With all my Love, Becki. To DASH, thank you for everything you did for Kay.
